Among Pence/Kelly’s largest projects, the third data center in Prineville for social media company, Facebook, was a 600,000 square foot project requiring more than 20,000 cubic yards of concrete. The LEED-NC Gold Certified campus is the third of Facebook’s Prineville buildings, which has grown considerably since this was completed in 2017.

Pence Construction added 42,000 square feet to the largest high school in Salem Keizer School District. The two story, slab-on-grade tilt project completed in August of 2020.
