The slab on grade was completed in three large pours and consisted of 715 cubic yards of concrete, utilizing diamond block outs around each of the columns. The slab on grade finish was critical as most of it was left exposed per the architect’s design.
The mezzanine features a private bowling area within a bar and lounge, constructed on top of a 9,500 square-foot slab on metal deck. The project also features a rock-climbing wall which required a specially designed mat slab foundation.
The exterior structure included with concrete columns that were covered with a rock façade which completed the stone and timber frame appearance.
