Concrete sitework for this coastal distribution center focused on delivering a durable, high-performance exterior environment to support logistics and facility operations. The scope included large-scale site paving and loading dock driveways designed for heavy vehicular traffic. Sidewalks and mow strips were installed to define pedestrian zones and landscape edges. We also constructed concrete equipment pads and installed light pole bases, rebar reinforcement, and protective bollards throughout the site. Each element was built to withstand coastal weather conditions and meet the operational needs of a modern distribution facility, ensuring longevity, safety, and functionality.
