Sitework for the renovation of Withycombe Hall—a key hub for OSU’s creamery and winery research—focused on integrating durable, functional hardscape elements to complement the updated academic environment. Scope included concrete seat wall foundations, masonry seat walls, and entry sign footings. Masonry entry walls and CMU retaining walls were constructed to frame key access points and stabilize the site. Additional work included curbs, ADA-compliant ramps, CIP stairs, and structural support for bike canopy footings. Concrete retaining walls and a new loading dock platform were also installed to accommodate service access and elevation changes.
