This project included full concrete sitework services for Lane Community College’s new Industry and Trade Education Center, a modern hub for hands-on technical training. Our scope included retaining walls, standard curbs, valley gutters, vehicle-rated and standard concrete paving, and ADA-compliant ramps with truncated domes to ensure accessibility. We installed light pole bases to support site lighting and constructed cast-in-place (CIP) stairs to manage elevation changes. A concrete seat wall was also added to enhance outdoor gathering areas. Each element was carefully integrated to meet the functional, structural, and accessibility needs of the site. Pence/Kelly’s work helped deliver a durable and adaptable exterior environment aligned with the college’s mission to train the next generation of skilled workers.
