Sitework for the Lake Oswego Recreation and Aquatic Center blended functional infrastructure with refined public space design. The scope included curbs, sidewalks, ADA ramps, planter walls, and city-standard driveways, sidewalks, and gutters. Vehicular concrete paving, raised crossings, CIP stairs, and impact panels were installed to manage traffic flow and site access. Concrete and wood seat walls, stadium seating, and sand-finish concrete added visual interest and durability to landscape areas. Additional features included ramp handrail curbs, concrete mow edges, landscape island scuppers for drainage, and strategically placed bollards. Each element contributed to a cohesive, accessible, and resilient civic space designed to support recreation, safety, and long-term community use.
