Located in Hillsboro, the DLR PDX-12 is a 568,000 SF, two level, commercial data center, enclosed by precast. This commercial data center allows multiple companies to securely store their data, differing from industrial data centers where a company stores their own data. Pence/Kelly was the concrete subcontractor for HITT Construction, a new to the area General Contractor.
