The CCO3 project was a two story, 2-building complex, comprised of one 200,000 SF data hall connected by a 30,000 SF administrative building. The data hall was built with 3 levels of concrete slabs: an elevated slab on metal deck roof, a slab on metal deck 2nd story, and a ground level slab on grade. To finish operations for the interior slabs included a sealer hardener and stringent FF/FL tolerances. CCO3 Data Hall was also surrounded by a total of 3 exterior concrete paved equipment yards with various equipment pads for electrical and mechanical equipment, and a concrete loading dock adjacent to the administrative building. CCO3 Data Hall contains roughly 25,500 CY of concrete between the foundations, SOG/SOMD, and generator yards. The administrative building contains approximately 3,500 CY of concrete.
