Sitework for the new Cambria Hotel in Portland’s Pearl District included a range of structural and accessibility-focused concrete elements tailored to an urban hospitality setting. Work included installation of monolithic vertical curbs, 24-inch curb and gutter systems, and subbase preparation beneath all paved areas to ensure long-term stability. The scope also featured concrete driveways, monolithic sidewalks, and ADA-compliant ramps with truncated domes to support pedestrian safety and access. Each element was integrated to meet city standards while supporting the aesthetic and functional needs of a high-traffic downtown hotel site.
