Project Description
Pence/Kelly constructed the 550-car parking structure across from the Center for Outpatient Medicine. It is connected to the Center as well as the hospital by two Skybridges. In time, Salem Hospital’s parking needs increased significantly. We added two additional levels (250-car capacity) and a heli-stop. This addition required structural upgrades to compensate for additional weight and height. There are 9,000 cubic yards of concrete in this cast-in-place structure.
